He is the secretary of Hospital Infection Control and actively participates in the Hospital Antibiotic Stewardship Program and Blood Transfusion Committee. He is also a teacher, examiner, and guide for Indian Diploma in Critical Care Medicine and Critical Care Nursing. To his credit, there are as many as 50 publications, which are published in various journals of international repute.

Apart from clinical work, he also superintends patient care, patient's family education, teaching and training of staff in the units. The quality indicators of the hospital which includes VAP, CRBSI, CA-UTI, SSTI, Antibiotic usage, ALOS, Palliative and end of life care decisions, and bundle of care compliance, etc are also done by the doctor, will all the attendance and care.
